Cancellations
We hope you'll reach out to a remember of our team if you feel your creative work is no longer worth doing. The dream God has Called you to may get hard, but don't give up. The Called Creatives team is here to support and encourage you in the work you are doing!
However, we understand a Called Creatives membership may not fit into every season or circumstance.
Memberships can be cancelled any time by logging into your account at www.calledcreatives.com or by sending an email to our team at [email protected]
Monthly & Annual Subscriptions
As communicated at the time of checkout, monthly and annual memberships are auto renewing subscriptions.
A request to cancel must be submitted before your renewal date and are not executed by our team unless requested by you.
Should your request to cancel be submitted after your renewal date, your cancellation will be issued at the end of your next billing cycle.
Refunds
We are unable to issue refunds for accounts not cancelled via the instructions outlined above.
Members are responsible for tracking their subscription renewal date and cancelling their own account or submitting their request to cancel at least 1 business day prior to renewal.
Called Creatives Getaways
Tickets to our live events are non refundable but may be transferred to another Called Creatives event or Called Creatives member.
As the ticket holder, you are responsible for coordinating this transfer and the Called Creatives team does not process the exchange of money between members.
In the event a Getway is cancelled, a full refund will be provided to you.
At any time, the Called Creatives team holds the right to deny entry or ticket purchase to the Getaway event if the attendee compromises the professional environment of our live events in words or conduct of any kind.
